Prathiban is a participant in Mission Dreams Virtual Pageant. Speaking to Mission Dreams Media Pratibhan says, “Fashion and Modeling started with me from my childhood days, I won a Fashion Competition in my 4th grade wearing a Batman costume, this was my first victory, the first small stepping stone in my modelling career. The first success was so sweet it impacted my teenage where I started to believe if you dress attractively you win and people like you more, along with this the silicon city never gets old of fashion it’s updated each and every day and you live along with it. “
He added, “I started college at St. Josephs Bangalore, I wasn’t excelling in studies but was elected as the Cultural and Events Head for the college, my second innings into Fashion and Modelling started here, bigger the college bigger the events, bigger the events bigger the competition but I used to win from Fashion shows to Dance Competition I had a lot of friends who admired me for my dressing sense and for my dance, this success is like a drug each time you win, it keeps u addicted. I used to even compare events and eventually started working with NGO events and programs. This confidence made me start doing photoshoot and approaching Advertisement and Modeling Agencies. Fashion to me is a form of expression it’s your vision about yourself and the character of your personality that brings about an expression in the way you dress up and carry yourself. To me fashion is not about just throwing on a pair of branded clothes but it’s about what attracts me to a certain trend that I could identify myself with. And truly living it every day shows how passionate you are to yourself and indirectly it shows in you body of work as an individual.”
At last Pratibhan adds, “This is my First Opportunity and a big stepping stone into the Real Fashion and Modelling Industry, with this opportunity given I would love to excel in the career & gain knowledge, I’m not here to win I’m here to learn, the more and more you learn you get closer to winning, I strongly believe that IF YOU WANT TO HAVE SOMETHING, IF YOU DRESS FOR IT YOU WILL HAVE IT.
