RAKSHITA SALECHA, has recently participated in the beauty pageant organized by Mission Dreams Media. Mission Dreams is a platform that focuses on empowering women and providing them a platform to present themselves on national levels. It focuses on serving a good platform to promote various awareness’s related to youth, business and the creative industry, among others.
She believes “When opportunity knocks on your door, always be willing to take a chance, because you never know how perfect something could turn out to be”
Being from a commerce background and also being an aspiring Chartered Accountant, she believed that career and passion can go together and that’s why she decided to grab this beautiful opportunity.
She hails from “The city of Dreams – Mumbai” (Kalyan). She is also passionate about dancing, handcrafts, and drawing. Though being from a middle-class family, she never faced any restrictions regarding her career, her family is supportive.
She never won any awards, title, or shows but she is going to change this sentence after winning “Miss Mission Dreams 2021”
She believes “A winner is a dreamer who never gives up”.
And she also wishes the best of luck to all the beautiful finalists.
Rakshita concludes “Beauty pageants are good with diversity. These contests have an impact on women empowerment because they give a platform for the girls to be heard on different levels, and most importantly, it places them in leadership and mentorship roles.
