In Conversation with…Mission Dreams Miss Perfect Title winner, Nandini K.

1.Tell us about yourself?

My name is Nandini K. I belong to the IT capital of India, Bengaluru. I’m 22 years old B.Tech graduate, specialized in Computer science. I love myself when I’m dancing, I feel like I become a better person every time I dance. I like to watch movies and play badminton. I’m avid a reader of Novels. I become one of the characters from the book when I’m reading. I’m a little crazy girl who talks to trees and plants. I believe even they have emotions which not many can see. I’m a positive person who tends to see positively in every situation. I’m friendly and loyal. I’m a little stubborn and never give up easily.

2. How did you come to know about mission Dreams?

I was just scrolling my Instagram, and came across the post. I found it interesting and wanted to give it try, plus it was virtual pageant which made it more convenient during the pandemic.

3. How did you decide to choose Mission Dreams as your right start?

I chose Mission Dreams to overcome my fears, insecurities and criticism. I found no one who believed in my dreams and supported me, so I decided to do it for myself. I believe a girl should be two things- who and what she wants to be, Mission Dreams is my 1st step towards who and what I wanna be.

4. What do you want to say after winning the subtitle?

was on cloud nine when I got to know that I won the title “Miss Perfect”. My journey in Mission Dreams was overwhelming, I got to meet new people who shared the same dream as mine, we were groomed by the best mentors ever i.e Sanjay Kannan sir, who’s enthusiastic and cheerful. Sunman Gowda Sir, who inspired and encouraged all of us. Priyambada ma’am is great inspiration to many girls like me, I was elated to meet her and learnt many things. Overall, it was Nostalgic and the best moments that I would cherish my entire life. Thank You.

5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself as a successful woman entrepreneur, inspiring many girls out there from a middle class family, providing employment opportunities and encouraging them.

6. Lastly what message would you leave for your followers?

“You Learn More From Failure Than From Success. Don’t Let It Stop You. Failure Builds Character.” Everyone should believe in themselves and always work for their dreams. Even if you fail, you should never give up.
