In beauty pageants, participants must engage in extensive preparation to secure the titles they aspire to, which involves both mental and physical training. This includes practicing the ramp walk, talent segments, introductory speeches, question-and-answer sessions, and fitness routines, among others. Additionally, sourcing costumes, accessories, and footwear—particularly for national costumes and talent presentations—can be exhausting for contestants, especially when combined with their regular dietary requirements, as they also need to maintain strength and stamina. Beauty pageants evaluate not only external beauty but also emphasize communication skills, quick thinking, and various talents. Therefore, thorough practice is essential before stepping onto the grand stage. Indeed, the behind-the-scenes efforts are far from simple.

It is imperative that we prioritize sustainability across all sectors, as it represents the sole solution to the various environmental and climatic challenges we face. The fashion industry, in particular, holds significant potential to influence public perception; embracing sustainability could lead to substantial transformations within this field. The promotion of local materials, local labor, and sustainable resources should be integrated into our practices. Adhering to the three R principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle is essential to realize social, environmental, and economic benefits through fashion and textiles. By collaborating, designers, directors, choreographers, sponsors, and models can collectively work towards achieving sustainability in the Indian fashion industry.
3. What’s your experience after being one of the winner of Mission Dreams Mrs India ?
Winning the Mr. India 2024-25 title with Mission Dreams was a surreal experience for me. I felt immense gratitude towards the organization and the entire team behind it. This achievement marks my fifth major title in my pageant journey, bringing my total to nine titles, thus adding yet another feather to my cap. Securing a national level title has made us more responsible in giving back to the organization through our work and accomplishments, and I believe I have done my utmost. I participated in numerous programs, fashion shows, served as a showstopper, acted as a pageant judge, and mentored others. I also engaged in several advertisement shoots and was featured in newspapers, television news, and interviews on various channels. Consequently, life has become more vibrant since winning these titles. As an enthusiastic individual, I eagerly anticipate more opportunities in the future. I am always grateful to Priya Ma’am and the Mission Dreams family.

Self-love, hard work, and time management are three significant concepts that have enabled me to achieve my titles.Self-love – I cherish myself and have faith in my abilities, which empowered me to decide to attend the audition. Once I was selected, I gained the confidence that I could win this.Hard work – is the key to realizing your dreams; it often requires sacrificing various aspects of your life to reach your goals. I began my diet and gym regimen after being selected as a finalist, as I was a bit overweight and felt the need to lose some weight. Practicing for talent rounds, introductions, and Q&A sessions demands your dedication and hard work.Time management – as I juggle multiple roles in my life, people often inquire how I manage everything simultaneously. Indeed, time management is crucial; as an architect, a full-time assistant professor, and a fashion model, I strive to balance all my responsibilities while pursuing my passions alongside my profession. I believe that making the right decisions at the right time leads to success

There are numerous elements involved in developing confidence as a model. Firstly, it is essential to have faith in yourself and cultivate self-confidence. Avoid comparing yourself to others; instead, concentrate on your strengths and capabilities. Seize every opportunity, as chances do not present themselves twice in a lifetime.
