Interview with Snehpriya Singh, Let us read what she has to say about her journey till Mission Dreams.
“BIHARI HAI TU??? This is how people react when they ask Snehpriya about her caste. But she is proud to be a Bihari.
Eventually I was born in Bihar and brought up in a city of Million dreams, Mumbai.
Where one of my dream is to become a Passionate Dancer.
Coming from an orthodox family it wasn’t really easy to follow my passion, only thing that kept me moving was my own self belief, as they all say road to success is never easy I say “believe in yourself and you can conquer the world.”
As my passion towards dance and fitness grew stronger, I realized I should work for it. I joined a dance institute and worked there as an instructor for a year and later joined a multi national company i.e Decathlon sports India it’s been 2 years, working as a part timer. Apart from working, I recently completed my graduation in B.com from MVM Degree college.
Having a fun loving and a creative personality, I believe there is no age of learning and exploring something new and I am always up for adventures and sports.
I believe beauty should reflect your personality of who you truly are. I never got an opportunity to compete in a beauty contest but I have won college competition such as Best athelet of the year, district level football champion, best Dancer, Solo singing competition and many co-curricular activities.
This is my very first beauty pageant. I belive there are many more confident, gorgeous and hardworking women, I would be competing with but what makes me stand among those is my own self belief and confidence.
I remember my dad once said “tu giregi tho mai pakdunga Lekin Tera Sahara nahi banunga.” He is the man who taught me to hustle like a man and never to depend on one. I am a very self motivated person and this will help me groove my personality to become more stronger and better version of myself. By following my passion Dance, I want to be an influencer whom people think should follow.
Winning or losing both are in my favor if I win I will lead if I lose I will guide. I want to set an example to all the passionate people that do what you love, work for your passion. Don’t give up on Dreams.
